I have went through 3 9800's, none of them were my fault. 1, screen froze. 2, the speaker was faaling apart. 3, the screen froze again. Fianlly, after a software upgrade for vcast music, I can't save video messages from other vzw phones. A store is willing to exchange it for me, but for what phone?

Wow sounds like you had some bad luck. I would either wait for the chocolate, or get the 8300, or 8100. Both nice good durable flip phones. Lots of the same features as the v with less bulk
