LG V VX-9800
9800 or wait for 9900
The 9800 can do everything but make breakfast pretty much.
The release date is Nov. 18th. I'm wary of the phone simply because Verizon IS known for taking functionality away from a phone during the upgrade... But, it looks a lot thinner and seems relatively the same inside and out... Good Luck.

1. It has a micro SD
2. A 2 megapixel camera with a lens shudder.
3. Is slimmer and opens up slightly differently...you may or may not like it.
4. Is slightly lighter.
5. http://www.howardforums.com/showthread.php?t= 968677 - shows an accurate picture of the 9900 when opened.
There is no scroll bar and the screen looks about the same. No idea if the battery life is improved or not either. I do not use the phone as my personal so I can't get into details, but at least you have some confirmations with regards to the new device.
Most people's biggest hangup with the 9800 was it's size. LG has addressed that with the 9900, therefore if those are your two choices, I would say wait for the 9900.
