Using MP3 Ringtones and NEW FIRMWARE

I know this has probably been posted before. But I'm needing to exchange out my 9800 for another one that has the new firmware. Mine has previous firmware. I know I can enable the MP3 player in the service menu. But will I still be able to upload my custom MP3 Ringtones via BitPim, like I can now with the previous firmware?

yes you can but you need to update your bitpm software to the latest one. cause i tried to upload my mp3 ringtone with a previous version of the bitpm program, and evertime i turned off the phone, the rington would dissappear. but upgrade your bitpm and everything should be fine.
