Headed for SPRINT, not Verizon
Mark it down. Nokia rep told me this would be a Sprint phone. The "multimedia playback" functions (Sprint TV) and lack of EV-DO pretty much confirm this.

Why couldn't it head to both? One variant for Sprint, one for Verizon.
Btw, the lack of EV-DO doesn't mean much... the LG 3300 just got released for Verizon without it. 3G phones are still expensive and large, enough so that not every new phone will be 3G yet.

... and the plot gets thicker. Apparently there is now a Nokia 6155 (NOT the 6255), which is basically a 3155 with a camera.
Its already confirmed that Verizon is getting the 6256i (a slightly modified 6255) and the 6236i (slightly modified 6235), wonder if they're going to get that one as well.
