I'm in the Raleigh/Durham area, and we've had this phone out for quite some time. The weird thing is that the camera on the one here is on the bottom of the flip, not the top like in the picture. It has the same number (6255i), though.

my opinion only. it feels really cheap after it is fliped over and over. it just doesnt feel sturdy. and it is aerodynamccily challenged. the 6101 with tmobile was very impressive.

I called us cellular about the nokia 6155i and they had told me that it will be coming out in either the end of november or early december. I also went to the us cellular store to ask them about the nokia 6155i and they said oh the 6255i and i said no the 6155i and the rep had told me that the 6155i is not coming out but the 6255i will be. So has any one heard about us cellular coming out with the 6155i at all? I was just wondering as i saw that it might come out in the 4th quarter. So the store said no and the phone rep said yes so who do you believe??

USSC has officially posted the Nokia 6255i on their web site. It is available NOW. I just looked it up!!

Actually, it was announced way back in March. I'd be surprised if it wasn't available by the end of this year. It's just the 3155 with a camera a few other upgrades. It's not the top-end model - that's the 6265.

This phone is in the final testing period,, it is in the hands of US cellular managers and field testers there have been a few glitches in the programing but those are over now. it apears that it should only be about 2 or 3 weeks mabey a little more till they come out but I am shure they want them out before christmas I cant wait!!
