Phonescoop's about phone service within the American markets. Samsung and LG operate heavily in Korea and Japan, so this phone might've been out for a while before we got it.

Samsung did their official press release of this phone at the CTIA. I've been watching for this phone to pop on phonescoop for quite some time now.
