I got it at my store in bestbuy suburbs of chicago... No one else really does but I do... I like to special order things, haha... I got all the good high end phones, haha... It's a sweet phone... I dont know about reception and all, but I know that the camera it's really good, doesn't look like a 2 mp, my sanyo 5600 seems better to me, the zooming on the 970 is really cool cause it's not choppy when it goes in, but when it goes in it gets really blurry, so there is no real point of the 2x optical zoom... So yeah... any other questions, maybe I will be able to answer them...

You say you got it at the store, but then you also say you special order things. So did the Best Buy have it in stock or did you special order it? If you did special order it, how did you do so?

I special ordered it but they are in the warehouse, I assume you work at a bestbuy... I am a Business store, so we can order and get whatever we want whenever we want... So that is how I got it... But I"m sure it's going to other stores too... Check RSS... Go Additional Details, see when the delivery date is, and see if it is carried at your location in the top right corner...

There is no way to do it... Sorry... It's not easy at all and probably something that they dont know how to do, release date for bestbuy was the 24th, so if they are going to get it, they should have it on tonights truck...
