Ahhh. I remember about a month ago I was looking forward to having my new phone by now.
Something tells me the October Release Date isn't going to happen either.

Same goes for me, I guess its going to be the VX8100 for now. I waited until today but who knows when the A970 will be out. Too bad.

I spoke with Tech Rep at Verizon on Wednesday (8/31) and she asked around her department and was told A970 will be out in about two weeks.
I guess we'll see...

You must not be telling the truth. You said you spoke with a tech rep and she said something. There are not female tech rep's. Ha, busted. You have to be smart to be a tech rep and clearly women are not smart. Now if you said that your were talking to a dishwasher or a cleaner then maybe your story would be a little more believeable.

Actually he also used "rep's" incorrectly - obviously it should have been reps.

And now lets get back to talking about this phone. It looks pretty neat but I am a little concerned about the durability. We have had problems with screen of the samsung 610 going blank. They both swivel. And swivel means rotate for all you females out there. 😁
