At BestBuy in Westbury, Long Island, NY price was $350 a few days ago. I'm not sure about any rebates.

It was 405 (after tax and extra fees, probably around 450) at the Best Buy I went to. There are only select Best Buys (probably the bigger ones) that have it, and even then, they dont have it on display. So you should call the store to see if they have it before going there and being disappointed. The places that do have it are definitely selling it.

The Verizon stores in Tallahassee will have it Wednesday and it will be $349.99 with 2 year agreement.

One possible reason why BestBuy got an exclusive promotion is to see how well they partner up. With Radio Shack ending their partnership at the end of the year, Verizon could be looking for another major outlet. Remember the last time a phone was available at Radio Shack first and then later at Verizon? Same scenario with BestBuy. This is probably a sign for many future phone releases and it seems to be the higher end models.
