I would recommend this phone very highly. It has a little more of a learning curve, but once you learn it, you'll love it. I have the 815 and my fiancee went through 4 8100's. We finally got her the 970 and we both love it, first and foremost it works...all features, and it works perfectly. I'll post a review in another week after I get a full 2 weeks with it. But I know now if nothing bad happens, it'll be good.

I too love the phone. But , just to make you aware, the recurring event function witin "Calendar" does not work. After trying various combinations, and calling VZW and Samsung, and different phones it has been determined that it doesn't work. If you need additional info, please contact me via this thread.

Thanks for the heads up coachman, I'm just going to wait for a bitpim update and use that calendar to setup recurring events. Hopefully within a month a beta will be available.
