now whats this about the 970 having having old software in it, and that samsung is coming out with and updated 970. if so when will it come out. has anybody els heard about this?

I have not heard of this, but I have Samsung working on a problem that I discovered within the calendar tool. They have not said whether or not an update will be coming.
