Pantech PN-215 / CDM-8915 / Snapper / PN-300

My PN-215 phone won't play different ringtones.

My PN-215 has the capabilities to play different ringtones when different people call, but for some reason it wont. According to it's official website, I've assigned them correctly, so what do I do? Any ideas?

I had the same problem at first. It turned out I had to program in the area codes with ALL the phone numbers. Works fine now.
