I don't know if there is a cable available for it yet, but you can move your pics/videos from your phone to your transflash card and put them on your PC that way.

There is a cable available but there are no drivers or software yet.

That is the only way to move mp3 and video data from the phone to the PC.

MP3's can only be placed on a transflash. Photos/vids can be placed in either (obviously only if you have a transflash). Photos/vids can be e-mailed off the phone to transfer, at least until the cable and drivers are ready.
