Display while battery charging

When you charge the battery, how do you turn off the outside display? It acts like a night light when I charge the phone. I read the manual and found no way to turn this off or the service light?

Mine does the same thing...I just flip mine display down. 😉

Turning it upside down is your best advice becasue there is no way to turn it off.
