How to get MPEG's on your Transflash for Mac OSX users

This is my first post so hello to all! I wanted to post the instructions on how to get MEPG's on to a Transflash card if you use a Mac. There is a cost involved for this-you need to have Quicktime Pro, which costs $29.99, but the program can be used for many things besides this. You can download it from Apple's website. You can also get the second program needed for this: MPEG Streamclip. It is freeware-just do a search in OSX Downloads.

Ok-on to the instructions. Take any MPEG-formatted file and drag it into MPEG Streamclip. Go to File and choose Export to Quicktime. I used a 426x240 framerate but you can experiment.
