No office kit for the a950 - any suggestions on transferring the phonebook data to a PC?
This program might help from factorydirectcellular.com I'm looking at getting it myself for a different reason. Since OBEX is either disabled, or not included on the phone at all, you will need a data cable, and this site sells a data cable with the program. Here's the link to check it out for yourself. It would be easier to use a data cable than if you can transfer the info onto the micro-SD card, and move it between the pc & phone.

The Moble Action Handset Manager (USB) software you are linking to does not support phonebook/contacts on the A950. It only covers Sound/Picture/Video transfers as of v9.2
