The Big Movie Conversion Question?

I just bought the a950 about one month ago and I have been doing everything possible to get movies on it. I went out and bought a 512mb micro SD and I also got the Xilisoft 3GP Video Converter. When i finally converted the movie to 3GP and put it in the MY Flix folder on the card and went to play it, it was so slow that the screen moved a little and the audio was already over with. I saw people were able to simply but an hour movie on it and I can not get away with a 5 minute AMV. So does anyone know whats going on?

Not sure. I convert TV shows all the time to .3gp and put them in the MY_FLIX folder, just as you did and they work great. Maybe it's the movie you used or possibly the converter?????
