Black Berry vs. Palm Treo 650/700 or W

I am seeking a phone that I can receive my work e-mails via POP 3 in real-time. Please assist me in deciding as to which one to go with. I am currently a Verizon Wireless customer.

Push Email, or real time, is only available on the Blackberry platform (for now).
