key click
Hi - anyone have problems with their keys clicking? not the normal thud of the key, but something that sounds like the key is disconnected from the connector and makes a metallic sound when depressed. Actually, I just need to tap the key to get it to make the noise.
Maybe I should just ask for a replacement.

My keys seem to click also. It seems like it is normal.
Question? Does anyone know how to turn the key tones off when you are dialing a telephone number? I tried changing profiles and even placing in the vibrate mode but the audible key tones are still audible when dialing a telephone number.

You cannot turn off the dialing tones on the BB. This issue has been given to RIM by Verizon Wireless. Don't know if they will address it in a future OS release.

OK. Thanks very much for the response. I just updated the 4.1 OS with the update this weekend but that did not fix it either. Maybe RIM will address in the future. Thanks!
