Why is Verizon so slow
Verizon is introducing a year old phone with their version of the V3C razor, At about the same time cingular is introducing their second generation razr with itunes and a card slot. And the V3C is going to be much more expensive then the second generation razr for gsm. The only reason I still have Verizon is the network is very good. But I think im might switch I'm sick of paying more than I should for dated technology that is crippled. I want state of the art and cutting edge technology and it seems that Verizon could care less.

Thanks the other posts with the exception of tnt2k1 where worthless. Please use your brain when making a post or don't post. The fact that your happy to have year old technology at an outrageous price shows you can not think for yourself. You should be irritated that Verizon rips you off, claims the phone has bluetooth and then cripples it except for the headset. I guess the best wireless network has additional hidden costs and you just don't care that the other wireless companies have a mch better selection of phones for less.

you know what? Cingular sucks it is that plain and simple, Verizon has the best coverage bar-none. You must not get of your city very much, I travel all over the U.S. and I've had Cingular, Nextel and Verizon. I'm back to 1 phone and Verizon is the best.

An' if you were wit' Cingular or someone else, you'd probably be cryin' 'bout their network or CS. I know my brother is, he told me jus' this weekend he's switchin' from Cingular to Verizon soon as his contract's up. Somethin' 'bout how his phone should work reliably more than 90% of the time.
Honestly bro, you can't have everythin'.. no one carrier has it all. Gettin' one pretty-boy phone a year late is not as big a deal as havin' to put up wit' a network that ain't reliable, or bad customer service, or less coverage. Verizon's competitors will give you some mix o' the three.
Oh'n 'bout bluetooth.. I got a Nokia 6256 on Verizon. Full bluetooth, not crippled. Hope its a start of a trend fo' them.
