Activating V3c on VZW if obtained from another carrier?

If I get a Razr V3c from another carrier than Verizon, is it possible to activate it on VZW? If so, would the user interface or the Bluetooth capability (OBEX) change?

gunny, this wouldn't work if the phone was a gsm phone right? Only CDMA phones can be used on CDMA networks right? I'm just trying to make sure so that in the future I don't buy a phone from sprint, cingular, or t-mobile thinking it'll work on Verizon's network.
