I had the same problem went in circles for 45 minutes but finally I was able to order mine I called my one billing explained the problem and the hooked me up with a rep. very nice when they got back to me they were able to put the order in as an accessory and not by the phone model number I don't know if I got lucky or what but I hope this helps.
