Synch problems...with a Plantronics BT headset...

I am trying to synch my moto razr with my plantronics BT headset and I have been unable to do it. Does anyone have any suggestions? My sister was able to do it with her cingular razr with no problem with the same headset. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

what does it do Chris....does it try to pair up then fail...u cant get it to recognize the phone? is it asking you for the pass key? little more detail I have synch several headsets.

I actually got it to work, it was my error...I had to set up the headset for synching which I did not do before....after I did that it worked fine.
