Backlight question
Bought one in the store this morning (in san francisco). The backlight seems to turn on sporadically. I'll open it and the back light won't turn on, but after typing through the menus for a little while, it turns on. Sometimes it turns on when you open it. It's so sporadic, I know its going to work perfectly if I go to the store to show them 🙂.
How does this work for everyone else?
Other than that, I like it. Still playing with it, but so far so good.

nevermind. There is a battery save menu item that is defaulted to on. This tries to determine ambient light and decides whether or not to show the keypad light. Hence the sporadic behavior. Nothings broken.
