What's the real deal on this phone's reliability. At two Kiosk's in our mall, one sales rep for an Alltel reseller said his broke 3 times and if he had not gotten the insurance he would have been screwed. In another booth, the rep said he would not recommend this telephone.

Both pushed the Moto 710.

What's peoples feelings about the reliability

The Moto 710? are you talking for Alltell or for Verizon? VZW stopped selling the V710 as the 815 came out... maybe they are pushing the 710 to get rid of old stock?

No, I am talking about the new RAZR. Service would be Alltel. Verizon does not have any offices or direct service down in Wilmington, NC. I saw the 815 in NYC this week and it looks great. The screen and character fonts are just like the RAZR. I just do not like the 710.

I am concerned about the RAZR because I have heard mixed reviews from people about the reliability.

Would like comments.
