Does the razr have digit dialing? Which means from the bluetooth headset you could just say a number and it would dial.

Yes it does...It also recognized most names.
You can tell it to "Call John Smith Mobile" and it will find that entry. If there are two potential matches...it will ask you for a confirmation.
