Motorola RAZR V3c
Samsung A950 or RAZR v3c
just wondering if anyone knew enough about either phone to give some good insight? I'm not really interested in mp3 playback but i would like to use for ringers. Any serious educated comments will help in my decision thanks

I'm not sure if it'll sway your decision, but the 950 only comes preloaded with I think 2 or 3 ringtones. Honestly, I don't know how many the Razr has but I believe it's at least 8-10.
In terms of battery life they're about the same.
The earpiece on the 950 (as with most Samsungs) tends to be a lot quieter than other phones, particular ones by Motorola or LG. I, personally, can not stand that about the Samsungs.
Besides that, features are going to be about the same.
