Outlook calendar synch to Datebook
Hey guys,
Has anyone gotten Calendar synch to work correctly? I'm able to synch Contacts fine using MPT 3.28 but when I synch my Calendar, I don't see the item under Tools | Calendar | View Events. In fact, my V3C Calendar is blank even though I have meetings in my Outlook Calendar.
Hmmm... are the PIM functions for the V3C that limited?

I had no problem synching my Outlook calendar appointments to the V3c calendar. However, I found the MPT interface to have some surprises. See my other post this evening about getting the multimedia center to work only by using the E815m setting.

I got MPT to synch with Outlook, but sending the calendar on the phone to the PC resulted in a reminder entry for 1/1/1601 which was difficult to remove.

I FINALLY got it to work!! The secret was to delete ALL my calendar events from the PHONE first. I had 400 events even though I couldn't see any of them. After deleting those events, I was able to synch 1 from MPT and that showed up.
If anyone has this problem, I hope this post helps them.

I was having problems with this also. What I've found out is the phone and MPT can't handle the out of the ordinary repeat appointment. It can handle the daily, monthly, yearly very well. But if you through in the the 2nd Tues of every month or something like that, it hangs up on that. I've had to change all of these out of the ordinary repeating appointments and it works a little better. It doesn't like untimed events either.
