oh and with the echo I'm not talking about with the headset I'm talking just using the phone talking.. is there anyway to fix it? It's pretty bad
...
That is not echo but what is known as Sidetone.
The phone is designed that way so you are able to hear yourself talk and allow you to control the loudness of your voice as you speak.
There is no fix for this.

I've had my RAZR for 3 weeks today, (Moto UI) and I have never experienced this "Echo"
...
same here, ive had mine for 5 months and never heard an echo.
I have however owned a H3 RAZR headset and when I wore it, the people that I was talking to said that they heard themselves echo when I was using it - which was really weird.

Is there a delay from the time you say something to when you hear it again? If not, that's the sidetone that everyone is mentioning. It exists on almost all landlines too, and seems to help the shouting issue with cell phones. If there is a delay, and you hear it quite often, I'd exchange the phone for another v3c.

Mine only echos back if I raise my voice while speaking, if I speak normally there is no echo, if I get excited or upset there is LOL.... anyway it keeps me from shouting into my phone 🤣
