Any way to increase the response time of the V3C with Verizon?

I upgraded to the .03 software and the response time when pressing buttons is just awful. There are delays all over the place. I heard a rumor that there is something that you can turn off which will decrease the response time. Any confirmation on that?

.04 software came out a few days ago.........seems to clear up the "lag".
