Bluetooth shuts down/freezes
I got my RAZR 9 days ago. Last Friday bluetooth shuts down and I had to reboot to get it back. Happened a few times over the weekend. So....on Monday I go to VZW store and they give me a new RAZR and replace my HS500 ear piece and acknowledge that they have heard of this happening. Today it happens again. Anyone else experience this and have a fix?

try getting the software upgraded to version .04 it should help , it will also get rid of the delay in the menu

It will also disable the Bluetooth file transfer that you have right now with Version .02

My current software is 03 anyway. I'll go to the VZW store today and have themupgrade the software. Thanks for the suggestion.

I had them flash with 04 this morning. I'll post in a few days as to whether or not it solves the problem.
04 has fixed the keypad delay....that much I noticed right away. I don't know what the other changes are.

I don't know if .04 will fix that or not but is a common problem with that headset. Try the 850HS
