Nokia 6265i
What's Up With The 6265i???
😕 I'm starting to wonder what the holdup is with this phone. I don't think it's good and was warned somewhere on this site to be weary of it.
I actually tested it at MetroPCS and was VERY impressed, but then it never came out! Every time I call metroPCS, I get mixed stories. The stores are even more screwed up on the info. They actually told that they have been in for a week today, but that's bs. Anyway, I'd rather wait for Verizon to get it, so that the reception would be worth a damn. Till then, I'll just hang with my 6255i...

I'm on my third 6265 in two weeks. Read my review for just some of the 6265 defects in design and manufacture.
Sure the 6265 has bells and whistles, but the 2125 is a much better phone.

I heard there was some mysterious things about this phone and your info just helped me make my decision to stay away from this phone. man, I think nokia is slipping...any opinion on the 6131...it seems to be goo d so far, but some users on gsm arena are starting to see some signs of failure from this so-called "moto razr killer"

Sorry, I do not know about the 6131. I use two Nokias: a Nokia 2025i which is a solid performer in every way, and I'm on my fourth new 6265i.
I finally obtained a REFURBISHED 6265i and it was better than the new models.
People are giving the 6265 high ratings because of things NOT related to the basic cell phone features. If you need a CP Camera, BT, and IR, then the phone is passable. If you want excellent cell phone performance and GUI, do NOT purchase the new 6265i.

I have had my 6265i for like a month now with absolutely no problems. You probably just got a bad shipment. My store hasn't had one 6265 returned at all for any reason. Everyone is really happy with them.
