Will 2125i work for Verizon?

I went to Best Buy and they have the 2125i (Virgin mobile) pre-paid phone for $20, and the verizon inpulse 2128i for $70. Does anyone know if the 2125i will work for Verizon too? They seem like the same phone. Virgin is CDMA I think. Thanks.

No, the Shorty will not work with Verizon. Prepaid phones are all configured to work only with whatever service provider sold the phone.
