Can it be used with Sprint service?

Can this phone be unlocked to work with other services other than Cingular? My job takes me to places that Cingular service is less than exelent but would like an ipac compared to treo.

sprint is cdma and cingular is gsm (gsm is a totally different system than cdma.. don't speak the same languages..sorry, if anything gonna have to be another gsm company.. ie..t-mobile which uses diff software and requires their kind of sim)
