HP iPAQ hw6510 / hw6515

I think this the best phone/ pda out on the market I have had tried almost all of them out their now at lest in the US market. including the treo's and betting pretty much all the sprint phones. At first I had trouble with the web browser but got that working do to some forums. on that lead me to fix it. and thank to this program ( www.reensoft.com )along with a few download Microsoft.
And along with trying to get the picture to work on the today page I found a program form ( http://www.resco.net/pocketpc/default.asp ) that is named Resco Photo Viewer that really workers great with out have to do any editing my self it dos all the work for me.
This is the best phone/Pda on the market by far. The only draw back is the lack of WiFi. And some...

Does this device have fax capability. if so how is it accessed?

I'm having trouble getting a certion web sites. I have the phone I just trying it out for now. I have the ppc-6700 from sprint to but so far I like the 6515. I am having trouble getting on a web site of my bank it says the security do not allow me to get on evion the first page. but with the 6700 I can get in and look at my account any help would be great.

I just purchased this IPaq 6515 about a week ago and love the phone except for the volume on the ear piece and speaker phone...When I use the phone in my car it is almost impossible to hold a conversation without being overcome by the road noise...The computer volume, ring volume are excellent...

Does anyone know of anyway to crank up the ear piece volume and speaker volume?

Any updates on an exchange for a unit with Mobile 5.0 would also be appreciated...

Can napster be used with this system?
I am thinking about buying it to listen to my napster on the road but napster has its own music interface.

I'm so bummed this new phone doesn't have wi-fi. I'd buy it in a minute if it did. With my home wireless network, wi-fi at work, wi-fi in downtown areas (Seattle and burbs, not to mention coffee shops ), this would be the perfect device for my current needs.

THis unit is not bad, quick little thing, have had it over a week now and has not frozen (unlike my Palm Treo 650). The only problem is Vindigo not fitting on the screen.

This unit will last me till the Treo 700 with UTMS comes out next year (or a better device with UTMS). Remember the 6700 will not have UTMS based on the specs we have seen (So I think it will fail as UTMS dominates the market).

Can anyone tell me if you can set it up to ring and vibrate at the same time?I went through the instructions but it seems like you can't set it that way.Thank you

Headset problems my stereo headset sounds like echoing have u guys herd of this problem it doesn't do it when it plays on speaker phone i cant tell through another headset it's not loud enough it wont go loud enough for me to even hear it

While checking the settings on my Cingular bought hw6515, I noticed I am given the optoin of Orange-DO, T Mobile, etc.

Is this unit unlocked?

In just 3 days the belt clip already broke. The swivel is made completely out of plastic and it broke while getting in the car. I can't find replacement parts anywhere yet. I want to buy a few extra belt clips and the screen guard because I know that will break shortly as well.

Where can u get themes for this phone? Thanks in advance.

For the few that have purchased it, what is the belt case like? Is it situated sideways on your belt, is there a fasten or is it just slide in, slide out? Is there a swivel.

Finally picked one up, nice unit still have not gotten use to it so can not review the unit but nice, very light in the hands, fit comfortably, but I got big hands. Buttons are a bit small, but again probably gotta get use to it.

You wondering where I picked it up? No not overseas, at 150 Fulton Street, in NYC. They got two in on Friday, so the guy sold me one. Not sure if he was suppose to sell it, but know him for a while and he called me. There was one unit left for those interested and live in NYC.

does the keyboard light up in the dark?

It was bigger than I thought it'd be and the keyboard was a little bit of a disappointment. Usable, but not as ergonomic as the Treo, Sidekick II, and other options.

Nice big screen. Still worth a look.
