My pc wont recognize the rokrs usb cable PLZ HELP

I think i deleted some program becaz now when I plug in my usb cable my pc wont recognize it. A message saying usb device not recognized pops up. I cant use itunes or transfer files back and forth from my phone to my pc plz help
