Motorola ROKR E1
Help really pls...
Since no one is responding guess u all dun understand...i make it simplier...i try to drag and drop the mp3(nt itunes) and movie file into their located places...my phone keep showing do not disconnect when it got nothing to do with itunes..help really needed
...
Here's the procudere I use to load media:
1) Connect your ROKR to the computer using the USB cable
2) Go to My Computer, look for a new drive
3) Double click on the new drive
4) Double click on the mobile folder
5) MP3 --> Audio folder
Pix --> Pictures folder
Vids --> Video folder
6) When done, there should be a little green arrow in your system tray. Right click on it, and tell it to eject the removeable media drive.
7) It should think for a few seconds, then say, it is safe to remove the media. If it does, simply disconnect the cable. The phone will automatically go to iTunes; you can just exit out.
😎 If this fails, shut down the computer, and then unplug the phone.
