Wait!!!..if you're gonna buy

Same phone as the 2125, but it has Wi-Fi. Doesn't mention anything about pricing.
I imported the european equivalent of the HTC Tornado (mine was the Qtek 8300), and the Wi-Fi is definately neat. My city has a few free Wi-Fi hotspots, and they are in neighborhoods with lots of bard and restaurants, so I can generally find free Wi-Fi coverage (not to mention in my apartment building where the phone seems to pick up more unsecured networks than my computer does).
I would say that if you are thinking about buying the Cingular 2125, and are pretty much indifferent between T-Mobile and Cingular, than you should consider waiting a few weeks to see what the deal is fro...

I saw this too and almost decided that I'd leave Cingular to go to Tmobile for this exact reason (I AM indifferent to their customer service departments... they both suck). However, T-Mobile's high-speed data network (or lack thereof) is highly inferior to Cingular both in coverage areas and performance. So the choice to be made is do you want the phone with T-Mobile and have Wi-Fi and dedicated music buttons, or do you want the phone with Cingular and have EDGE. As much as Wi-Fi is attractive, I'd rather have EDGE so I can assuredly get high-speed data wherever I am. (This of course is ONLY feasible with unlimited data plans, which I have with Cingular.)

CIngular has Wi-Fi Hotspots too... provided through SBC/ATT

T-Mobile's Hotspot network is way bigger than Cingular's, plus its theirs. Cingular has to borrow the other companies network to compete.
