turning off and on...
i got the t-309 not too long ago and on the first day it turned off on me. i didnt think much of it until the next day it turned off twice. i called t-mobile and the guy told me to turn off my phone at night when i charge it and it worked! so if any one has that problem just try turning it off at night.
