Nokia 1110 / 1112

Have a Nokia 1110 purchased for use in West Africa. Am now returned to Canada and need to unlock the phone to accept a SIM card for a Canadian provider. Can this be done?

whatyear are we in? Why in the world wold they come out with a monochrome display??? Im thinking this is going to be for tracphone which makes sence, they seel cheap crappy phones but still they over color display phones, why would anyone buy this??? 👿
