To the "power" and regular phone users
I appreciate reading what everyone has to say about this phone and when people pick the phone apart about MP3's, battery life, and synching I keep it in perspective. You guys keep the manufacturers on their toes, thanks. For the rest of us regular phone users who realize this is a phone first that has camera, video, mp3 and other great features that we will sometimes use, you will not be disappointed. When I first received it I ran the battery down playing with all the features--especially the great video and camera. In real life without overusing the camera, screen, or video (and as for playing mp3's--get and IPod) I get 3+ hours of talk between charges. This phone has a great WOW factor. I admit it, I am a phone whore who needs the newest ...

Well said gendur...I just came back from the T-mobile store because I wanted to see first hand what the hype was all about, and I would have to agree about the WOW factor. The screen is beautiful, it feels great in my hand, and it looks like it will work GREAT as a phone and turn some heads while doing it. To each his own…

I have been with T-Mobile since the day Voicestream opened their doors. They are the best phone provider, bar none -- I've brought them hundreds of customers over the years. They've given me bad customer service ONCE and they fixed it in 2 days.
The WOW factor of this phone is impressive, but it wows even me -- I've been using PDAs from before the Apple Newton day. I can't believe I have this thing in my pocket, it weighs nothing.
The RAZR kids are going to be jealous. I will also probably have to buy a second one for the better half 🙂
