I've also noticed that the store's demo model has dust under the screen cover and it is really noticeable when the screen turns off. My manager told me it is from keeping the phone in your pocket. But I have never seen another phone do this other than the nokia's but that is b/c of their build and you can clean those out.

shoulda asked him why ppl are carrying around the demo model in their pockets. or where else are we supposed to store it in our $%$?!

can the thing be cleaned out? anyone looked into sealing this thing properly? is this something that is likely to be fixed my manufacturer? is this a problem with other samsung phones? what good is showing off my beautiful screen if it has flakes all over teh top 1/2 of the screen?

ive figured out its getting in thru the camera swivel area. you can see the figgin lcd casing thru the slot when u rotate it. anyone got any ideas to fix it?

i got the same problem. i've had the thing since the 13th and dust is easily filling up the top portion of the screen. i just noticed this as i found the easy solution to the mp3 ringtones. (i was going to return the phone but decided to keep it after finding that fix) but NOW the dust. WHAT THE F^%&%!

every customer that comes back with either a question about the phone or wants to return it....has dust under the screen. ALREADY! Real annoying.
