Picture stuck on the phone
I was sent a picture message from a user on T-Mobile. This message is stuck in my inbox folder. I have went online and deleted the messages from my inbox. The inbox on the phone was not updated. NOW for the real issue. Anytime I go to my inbox on the phone to view another picture, after about 2 seconds the phone will freeze and then reboot. I have tried to reset the phone but that did nothing for my inbox messages. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

You may just need to reset the device back to factory settings. This will erase everything in your phone so you may want to back up your phonebook and upload any important pics.

How do you do the reset? I tried the reset option on the phone but that fixes nothing.

You will probably need to take it into a store or call CC and get your master lock code. Your MSL is needed to reset the device. Let me know when you get your lock code and I can walk you through the reset.
