New Extended Battery?

when looking for a second battery for my a900 (is it just me or does the original battery suck?) I in no way mean for this to be an advertisement or endorsement of this item... just an example. Is this the real Samsung extended battery? I thought that word was there would be no such release? I cannot find info about this on Sprint / Samsung's website. What do you all think? What will this battery equal in usage time as compared to the old one?

I was at the sprint store last tuesday, and they had the same exact extended battery for it for it was either 59.99 or 69.99, I forget, one of those two, but anyways I was told by the sales person its doubles the battery life, I am still pondering whether I should get it or not, it looks too big for a slim phone...

It is $59.99 at sprint stores. I got one the other day and it is a big difference. I have been using it for two whole days now and it only has lost one bar or battery life.

How does it feel on the phone? Does it make the phone have an akward shape and heavy or no?

It does make it slightly heavier and thicker, but it is worth it in my opinion. I use it during the week. Then on weekends but the slim battery back on.

I also bought the extended battery a week ago, along with the sprint leather case. The battery is not that bulky with the case on. The last thing I want to get is a usb cable that charges the phone as well.

So where are you buying these extended batteries for the A900 from? eBay? Because I called Sprint PCS and they said they currently do not offer it and if I go ahead and buy it through eBay I could void my warranty.
