ok trying to figure out how to get mp3 into my phone i installed the driver drop an mp3 into the media folder then when i try to play it the phone says unsupported format and wont play the song is there a sync program i need or what am i doing wrong thanks

It will say UNSUPPORTED FORMAT if you open an mp3 file from the file viewer on mass storage. First, open the media player. Scroll to 'mass storage' and press okay. A list of supported files will appear. Let me know if this helps. No program is needed btw.
