No, that is not it. That is the regular V3. The V3i isn't on the Cingular website yet.

Yeah, I just got off the phone with the district manager for my Cingular Store and they do not know of a release date for that phone.
I hope its within the next 25 days though so I can exchange that piece of crap HP6500 that I bought.
