btw, this guy lives >5 miles away from me, and he wont let me pick it up, does that mean that its not a "real" company S$P trading co.?

You have to decide for yourself if it's a good deal or not, but the fact he won't let you pick it up is because he has about $25 of additional profit built into his mandatory shipping, handling and insurance.

Don't buy it! The fact that he/she won't accept Pay-Pal is a dead give-away. With Pay-Pal if they pull a fast one, you may get your money back. If not, you may be asking to get ripped off. There's plenty of others V3i on ebay.Just get looking. Good luck.

He doesn't want buyers to use PayPal because it costs him more, eroding his profits. As you said, he's sold thousands of items with positive feedback.
However, that doesn't mean you'll be happy with an unocked phone, because you'll get no customer service and probably limited to no warranty coverage.

Check out Wireless Experts on Ebay. I've bought 4 phones from these guys. Moto v3 blue for my twin sister, v3i for my son, SLVR for another son, and Nokia 3300 for a son too. All are working fine - no problems. The v3i was 233.00 the last time I checked (yesterday). Shipping for the 233. price was 58 bucks, though!

Thanks for the help, i went there emailed the guy and he was really nice, he just told me to call and he would help me. But i didn't see pictures ☹️ so i found another nice guy with great pictures and ordered from him...
