Can any one give a release date or an educated guess when it will be available. My contract is up in April. I was looking into getting this phone.

the VERY tentative date that i keep on hearing from different people is May 1st...that does make some sense since thats the official release date for the "spring line"

my best friend's granddaughter's nephew repairs towers for Cingular, and his boss, who heard from a Cingular rep who's married to a Cingular vice president, said that he heard from another vice president that the v3i will, without a doubt, be released May 1. i hope this clarifies things

Gee, that's funny, because I heard from my former cow-orker's friend's brother, who also repairs towers for Cingular, and he said that his area manager's tech support help guy knows another guy in the distribution center of Cingular who says the phone will be out before the end of April. 😉
