my pc is having trouble detecting my razr
I just bought a USB cable for my v3i and for some reason it's not detecting it..not sure what the problem is. Can anyone help?

it maybe the wrong usb cable. I noticed the port on the razor is like other razors...but this port is also the same on some digital cameras and mp3 players. I have a digi camera and an mp3 player that looks like the USB included with the razor matches...it does not. They are not interchangeable. You may have to order a data cable direct from motorola or find someone with an extra one to sell.

that sucks..I ordered one from ebay and it said it can be used for any version of the razr. However, when I recieved the cable it was labeled 'V3' on it.

hmmm...eBay has pulled that crap with me too. I emailed the seller to complain...they gave me a refund. They told me to keep the cable. Nice...WTF am I going to do with a cable that I can't use...
