Unlocked Version or Cingular Issue

I have 2 V3i's that we bought unlocked unbranded
the iTunes on it is only limited to 50 songs

Is the Genuine Cingular release version have a higher limit than 50?

Cingulars is 100 songs, I have like 70 on mine right now.
